I worked especially hard on Forward Outside twizzle in level 9 footwork today. I'm really getting better now, and I can now to exit the loop smoothly and without losing my balance. Next time, I think I need to apend more time practicing the loops rather than the Twizzles. Now I've practiced it, it's possible to comment that my twizzle's better than my loop.
In addition to my practice session, I worked on moving my shoulders along with my hips in double Axel. It's not easy to learn it, but I started to get a better fell for it.
